Terms of Service

1. The service

The ATS-Truthful Resume Builder is a tool for creating, editing, and exporting resumes. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the content you create with it.

2. Honesty-first policy

The tool is designed to never fabricate metrics on your behalf: AI rewrites only reuse numbers you explicitly provide. You agree not to use the service to create deceptive or fraudulent application materials.

3. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no scripted hammering of endpoints, no uploading content you have no rights to, and no attempts to access other users' data. We may rate-limit or suspend usage that degrades the service for others.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the resume content you create. We claim no ownership over it; it is stored solely to provide the service to you.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of important documents — the export features exist for exactly that.
